    Facebook Attraction Marketing Strateges

I used to get 0-10 Likes max even on a good post here on Facebook before I started getting 100-500+ Likes per post. The engagement MATTERS not for Social Proofing (showing people wow factor) but your content actually gets exposed to people who are not even following you

For example, some random person will see a post from you and it will say their friends John, Jane, Steve, Christina liked and commented on your post. They will wonder who is this person and why is this post on their news feed. They go check you out, probably like your content, and maybe add you as a friend or message you, or look at one of your product/service/opportunity posts as they scroll down your profile
As a marketer, this is very POWERFUL and FREE, and these random people seeing your content probably somewhat trust you already because their friends are engaging on your content. People who trust you or at least know of you are more approachable to your product, service, opportunity, or whatever you are marketing

If your plan is to grow your engagement to the hundreds and think this is very important for your business or your personal brand YOU, then read on...

1.) When you're using social media for business or want to attract a following, and not just to keep up with friends and family, go easy on the posts that most people don't care. People don't care about the nice steak you had at a restaurant. Back then, I would take pics of food I eat at fancy restaurants and post it up on Facebook. Your real friends might like and comment on anything you post, but most of the connections you make online don't care. You want them to Like MOST of your content so your posts will rank higher on their news feed. Facebook thinks your content is important to that particular person if that person consistently Likes your posts
Why is that important? Well... lets say that person liked your last 4 posts they saw on their news feed, and your 5th post is about your products and services, and it's showing up at the top of their news feed again, you think that's important? Yes...

2.) Stick to a theme. Most of you know me as this entrepreneur guy that inspire and motivate you. What's your theme? If you are a singer and you have posted some clips of you singing, the people who are following you want to continue to see more videos of you singing or content about your singing career. This isn't just for Facebook but anywhere online like Instagram. I had a hard time growing follower count because I would post a random pic of a duck or some food pics in the past. Know your theme and stick with it

3.) Your flaws are what make you REAL. My first video on Facebook told people it was my first video online and that I was very shy and had trouble with my train of thought. I stuttered a lot, I kept looking away from camera, half the time I didn't make sense, but a lot of people engaged on the post
Be real.. be you... you don't have to be some Tony Robbin person to build a following or get people to buy/work with you
I inspired a bunch of people that day to do their first video

4.) A lot of people don't pay attention to this one but it's always going to be QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Many people ask me about this that if they should post once a day or few times a day
If your content is truly amazing, then trust me... people are looking forward to your next content. So whether you post once a week or once every other week, if it's good stuff, people are eager for it and will always remember you. Relax on the everyday post of redundant stuff. People don't care about the "what's your favorite color?" or "is the sky blue?" posts and they especially don't like the "I'm deleting everyone who don't like and comment on my posts!"
When people lose respect for you, just because you are still a Facebook Friend, doesn't mean they like you or your content. Posting for the sake of posting and people will begin to get annoyed by you

5.) You think you don't have any value to give? This is a big topic. EVERYONE has value to give. Your STORY is value. You don't have to be sitting in a Ferrari or taking pics in someone's mansion to make valuable content. Success doesn't necessarily mean value. You are VALUABLE when you can finally open up to the public about who you really are. There are people out there that really appreciate your message that you have to share. You never know who's life you have impacted because of what you shared online. You don't have to be famous or someone with influence on social media to make a difference

6.) If you're following the guideline above most of the time, your next post about your business might not get as much engagement but Facebook will still think your future posts are important to those people. Unless these people scroll past your content more than a few times in a row without liking, commenting, or sharing, your one or two business posts here and there won't hurt you

To sum it up if you're focusing on growing your engagement/following on social media, post content that the masses want to see from you, stick to a theme, be authentic/ be vulnerable, quality over quantity, your story/originality is plenty of value to give to the world
